Well, Finally

I was waiting for the day that I could confirm official menopausal symptoms and today was the day. I've been wavering for a couple of days but I can officially say that I am having hot flashes. It feels exactly like it is called - I get really hot for a few minutes, flushed, and sweaty in the head and upper body area. My nose turns red, so people may think I'm drinking at my desk. I'm not, though at times, I wouldn't mind a quick pint. Or a cigarette. Better yet, both. Nah, forget the cigarette. I have enough problems.
