How dare they?

I decided to call the billing office at the hospital to deal with the possibly incorrect requests for payment. Of course, they office is closed for a staff offsite meeting. How convenient.

In related news, my phone (local and long distance), cell, and dsl are all on the same bill but last month, my cell phone bill did not appear. I called the giant service provider known for horrible service and wouldn't you know, their billing phones close at 6pm. 6pm! I'm considering just ignoring it. My cell is still working and if I don't have to pay for it, that's okay with me.
