Cupcakes!

I love cupcakes. I remember when my mom used to make them for me to bring into school for different things, like birthdays and bake sales. She used to make really cook Easter cupcakes. They would have frosting, then green tinted coconut for grass, a pipe cleaner handle (like a basket handle) and jelly beans for eggs. They looked like easter baskets and tasted delicious.

As I recall, Mom just used a big cardboard box. Now, in the 21st century, we have the Cupcake Courier. This is pretty cool, actually.

It's a holiday, no work. And it's raining out. I'm going to go make some cupcakes.
