Bangs!

Up until a month ago, I had not had bangs in almost 10 years. And then, the bangs were part of an overall short haircut, so it wasn't really obvious and it would have been weird if I didn't have bangs.

I'd been getting sick of looking at my forehead every day so I asked my hairdresser to give me some bangs. We started off easy. They were pretty long and were always in my face. I usually clipped them back with a tiny clip. Really attractive. And then, there was my forehead again.

Tonight I went in for a bang trim. I showed her a picture of my friend's bangs. I really liked how they looked on Melanie. After a couple of tries, we ended up with some decent bangs. The thing is, when I wear my glasses, I look like a super dork. Thankfully, the pink eye is almost gone and I can wear my contacts soon.

I like this woman's bangs, from Ugly Betty. Maybe next time I'll ask for these.

I'm not too upset about the bangs. I just need to get used to them. I've had some serious hairstyles in the past so this is nothing. Take a look.
