Softball, anyone?
One of the fibroids is the size of a softball, (10 cm), which explains why it's so hard to find pants that fit lately. I have to get a size that fits my waist, but then it's all saggy in the rest of the pants. Plus, I'm not the tallest so invariably, the hems drag on the floor. It's very unprofessional. I'm hoping that the surgery resolves this issue and that I'm all thin and model-like when it's all over. I should ask for a little lipo while they're in there.
My doctor told me of a patient who had a fibroid so large that her uterus was up to her sternum. That's seriously large. So, in one respect, it sucks because I have to go under the knife, but a least I don't have a basketball inside there.

What not to wear would suggest tailoring. Even if you just did a couple of pairs it might make you feel better.
You're right. I think I'm going to take some pants up to Sew Simple next week. Better to spend $10 on tailoring a $30 pair of pants than spend $30 on new pants. Cause, you know, I don't like to buy new clothes.
